Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sales, launches, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.


Delivery Time

Nationwide Delivery in Pakistan

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.


Shipping Charges

We currently offer:

  • Free Shipping on orders above PKR 5,000
  • Standard shipping fee of PKR 350 on orders below the minimum threshold

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most cities in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

For security and verification purposes:

  • Our team may contact customers before dispatching COD orders
  • Repeated fake or refused orders may result in COD restrictions

COD management is commonly used for Shopify stores in Pakistan to reduce fake orders and failed deliveries.


Order Tracking

You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

  • incorrect address,
  • unavailable recipient,
  • or unreachable phone number,

the courier may attempt re-delivery or return the parcel to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • photos of the product,
  • and packaging images.

We will review the issue and assist you accordingly.


Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur during:

  • Eid holidays,
  • national events,
  • severe weather,
  • or courier operational issues.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.
